There are 2 different Pre-Certification Scholarship models.<\/p>\n
These models meet the needs of teachers, directors, and owners who only have 1 or 2 semesters before beginning Student Teaching.<\/strong> This model covers early childhood, early childhood special education, and general education courses taken at a Missouri 4-year college listed in the College Directory<\/a>.)<\/p>\n The Pre-Certification Scholarship models are not<\/em> the only scholarship models that support courses in early childhood for a Bachelors Degree. If you have more than 2 semesters remaining to earn your Bachelor’s degree or are about to begin student teaching, a Bachelor Degree Scholarship<\/a> or a Student Teaching Scholarship<\/a> might be a good fit for you. Review these options and call or email us if you are uncertain about which to select.<\/p>\n We prefer that you complete all general education courses at a two-year college prior to moving to your early childhood coursework at a four-year college. However, if you prefer to take all your courses at a four-year college, please let your scholarship counselor know.
